摘要
研究型大学是教学、科研处于领先地位的大学,是其他众多高校的榜样,应该时刻注意自己的影响力和示范性。在教师评价过程中如何科学、公正、可操作地评价本校教师,在教师评价之后用统计数据如何执行绩效管理,不同研究型大学有不同的方式和办法。比较发现,广大教师呼吁恰当的评价、适当的评判和酌情的引导,反对以整人、惩罚为导向的大学教师绩效评估制度。
