不动火施工技术在油罐保温技改中的应用研究

摘要 应用不动火施工技术,将正在使用的9台在用介质为毛豆油、一级豆油等植物油的非保温油罐改造成保温罐。在食用油油罐外表面加装保温装置,主要采用的施工技术是保温层用龙骨架连接安装,并采用螺栓固定。该技术与动火施工相比,既降低了安全风险、减少了投资,又确保生产不停机。 We changed 9 non-thermal-insulation edible oil tanks into thermal insulation ones by means of without hot work construction technique. These tanks were in use, and there were vegetable oils ,such as crude soybean oil and first grade soybean oil. surface of the edible oil tanks, and the main The thermal insulation device were installed on the out technique was thermal insulation layer with a keel frame connected by bolt fixation. The application can not only reduce the safety risks and avoid enormous investment, but also ensure non-stopping production.
