摘要
以就业通用胜任力5个要素为基础,运用神经回路理论分析了就业通用胜任力5个要素的神经机理作用以及开发的理论依据,设计了基于神经回路的心态和谐就业通用胜任力开发模型,提出结合价值或认知重评工具,通过训练五个要素能力达到开发神经回路,促进心智改善的目的。
This paper, based on neural circuit theory, analyzes the functional mechanism and theoretical basis of five elements of the general purpose employment competency. A harmonious psyche general-purpose employment competency development model which is based on neural circuit is designed in this paper. In association with the tool of cognitive and value reappraisal, the goal of the development of neural circuits can be achieved, and the mental improvement can be promoted through training the five elements.
