群体人际互动理论视角下思想政治教育沟通功能拓展 被引量:7

摘要 思想政治教育沟通具有情感表达、认知交流、感染教育、引导控制及激励凝聚等功能。用群体人际互动理论指导思想政治教育沟通功能拓展就是要以合作为目标引导思想政治教育沟通的表达交流,以冲突为手段调节思想政治教育沟通的控制导引,以暗示、模仿、感染提升思想政治教育沟通的激励水平。因此,要建立群体良性互动秩序营造沟通功能拓展环境,创新群体互动教学方式搭建沟通功能拓展平台,运用人际关系规律建立沟通功能拓展长效机制。 The communication of ideological and political education has such function as feeling expression, cognition communication, education influence, directing and controlling, stimulation and cohesion. To guide the communication function expansion of ideological and political education by using group interpersonal interaction theory is to direct expression and exchange of ideological and political education communication by taking cooper- ation as the goal, to adjust controlling and leading of ideological and political education communication by using conflicts as the device, to improve stimulation of ideological and political education communication by using hints, imitation and influence. Thus, we should build a benign group interaction order to create an environment of communication function expansion, innovate the group interaction teaching mode to set up the platform of com- munication function expansion, and utilize the rules of interpersonal relationship to establish a long-term mecha- nism of communication function expansion.
