Sublimating "the Mass Standards" into a Philosophical Paradigm——Extension of the Double Requirements of Historical Materialism and Practical Development

"群众满意标准"已广泛应用于理论研究和工作实践中。但类似这样的表述太多、太乱,内涵也不一致,不利于这一思想的理解、把握和运用,急需一个中心概念来统一和规范。"群众标准"语言上更精炼、内容上更全面、操作上更方便、传承上更合适,是对群众史观→群众观点→群众路线的最好衔接和发展,不仅深化了唯物史观,而且使马克思主义群众观形成了一个完整的体系;不仅是对马克思主义理论的总概括,而且是对现实问题的总回答,升华为哲学范式理所应当。

＂The mass satisfying standards＂ has been widely used in theoretical research and practical work. But its expressions are too much and too confused and its connotations are not in agreement with each other, which militates against the understanding, the grasp and the application of this thought. So a central concept is badly needed to solve these problems. ＂Mass standards＂ is an expression more scouring in language, more perfect to cover its contents, more convenient in use and more suitable in inheritance. It is the best connection and development of mass view of history, mass opinions and mass route. It goes deep into historical materialism and forms a complete system of Marxist mass view. It generally sums up Marxist theory and answers all the problems of the reality and certainly sublimates into philosophical paradigm.
