Thought of the Construction of Examination Management System in Independent Colleges

考试制度建设是高等教育改革的重要环节,考试管理制度建设的重要任务,是改革不适应社会发展的考试管理制度,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力。针对当前独立学院考试制度存在的弊端,应完善考试管理制度建设,建立能力考试理念、构建注重考核过程的考试制度,提高教师的素质,完善考试管理制度。

The construction of exam system is a vital link in higher education reform. One of the important task of this construction is to reform the exam management system which are not fit for the social development and to improve the students＇ practical ability and creative capability. After analyzing both the advantages and disadvantages of the current independent college examination system, this paper makes some proposals on how to improve the construction of examination management system, how to build the concept of ability examination, how to build an examination system which focuses on the process, how to improve the quality of the teaching staff, and how to perfect the examination management system.
