论高校大学生学雷锋常态化机制的构建——以湖南中医药大学学雷锋实践为例

Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Normalization Mechanism for University Students to Learn from Lei Feng——Taking the Activities of Learning from Lei Feng in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

为了进一步加强和改进大学生学雷锋活动的针对性、实效性及常态性,总结分析了目前高校大学生学雷锋活动的现状及原因,并结合湖南中医药大学学雷锋常态化机制的构建与实践,积极探索构建大学生学雷锋常态化机制的新途径、新方法。

In order to further strengthen and improve the pertinence, effectiveness and normalization of university students＇ activity of learning from Lei Feng, this article sums up and analyzes the current state of the activity in universities and based on the practice of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, actively explores some new ways to construct the normalization mechanism for the activity.
