综述了人参生长环境、保存条件与人参品质关系的相关文献资料,阐述了海拔高度﹑光环境﹑土壤和肥料﹑生长年限﹑产地﹑病虫害﹑农药残留以及人参的保存条件对人参品质的影响。为保证人参品质,改善人参生产和保存条件提供理论依据。

This paper reviewed the literatures of growing environment, preservation and quality of Panax ginseng, and expounded the relationship of the altitude, the light environment, soil and fertilizers, growing years, place of origin, pests and diseases, pesticides, preservation environment and the quality of P. ginseng. This provided theoretical basis for improving production and the storage conditions to ensure the quality of P. ginseng.
