新疆“双语”教育与少数民族教育的思考

Xinjiang’s Bilingual Education and Ethnic Minority Education

大力推进"双语"教育教学工作是新疆教育发展的历史选择,也是新疆全面建设小康社会、"办好人民满意的教育"的重大战略举措,对于促进我区教育事业发展,提高少数民族素质,实现各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展,具有十分重要的意义。文章主要阐述了新疆少数民族教育的发展、特点,少数民族教育与"双语"教学的关系,"双语"教学的现状等问题。

To forcefully push forward bilingual education is the historical choice in Xinjiang＇s education and also an important strategic act in comprehensively building Xinjiang up into a harmonious society. It is of special significance in promoting Xinjiang＇s education, improve the quality of ethnic minorities and achieving the unity, struggle and prosperity of all ethnic groups. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ethnic education in Xinjiang, the relation between ethnic education and bilingual education, and the present situation of bilingual education.
