摘要
研究了碳素尾渣的粒度分布、可磨性和掺入量对混凝土强度的影响。试验表明:随着粉磨时间的延长,粒度逐渐变细,粒度≤150目的比例逐渐升高,粉磨时间由60 s升到100多s过程粒度变化比较明显,由100 s升到140 s粒度变化不明显。与其它原料(如高炉水渣)相比,碳钢渣较难磨细。将水渣超细粉、钢渣粉配入混凝土后进行强度测试,结果表明:钢渣粉可替代部分水泥,随着钢渣粉含量的增加,混凝土的强度逐渐降低。
The on strength c effects of particle size distribution, grindability and incorporation on carbon steel slag tailings hanges of concrete is studied. It shows that the particle size gradually become fine with the extension of grinding time, the proportion of particle size smaller that 150 um gradually increased. The change of the process when grinding time rose from 60 s to 100 s is obvious, while the change of the process when grinding time rose from 100 s to 140s is less obvious. Compared with other raw materials (such as blast furnace water quenched slag), carbon steel slag is more difficult to grinded into fine particles. To allocate water-quenched slag ultra-fine powder and steel slag powder into the concrete and test the strength of concrete, the results show that steel slag can replace part of cement, and the concrete strength decreased with the increase of the slag powder content.
