摘要
口腔种植治疗已经成为牙列缺损或缺失后的一种常规的、最佳的修复方法。口腔种植学作为一门崭新的分支学科备受瞩目。它的发展既标志着口腔医学的进步,也反映了材料学、生物学和免疫学等学科的发展,是其相关学科之间相互渗透、融合的产物。种植学科从构成成分看包括了基础研究和临床研究,从技术层面看包含了外科、修复和牙周等临床技术,从学科层面看打破了外科、修复、牙周的传统分界。然而《口腔种植学》教育历时尚短,无太多的经验可已直接应用,《口腔种植学》的教学尚处于起步阶段。本文主要从案例教学、理论教学和PBL教学法在《口腔种植学》教学中的应用这几方面来论述,希望通过改革教学方法促进口腔种植学学科建设。
Dental implant treatment has become fect or lack occurs. Being a new subdiscipline, Oral the best and routine repair method when the dentition de- Implantology is high profile. Its development not only sig- nals the advancement of stomotology, but also reflects the development of the discipline of materials science, bi- ology, immunology and so on, which is the product of mutual penetration and integration among the related disciplines. From the composition aspect, the implant discipline includes basic and clinical research~ from the technical perspective, it contains surgery, prosthodontics and periodontal clinical technology; from the discipline level, it breaks the traditional boundaries of surgery, prosthodontics and periodontal. However, "Oral Implan- tology" education is still on the horizon, with no experiences being directly applied. "Oral Implantology" teach- ing is still in its infancy. This article mainly discusses the application of the case teaching, theoretical teaching and PBL teaching methods in Oral Implantology. It's hoped to promote the discipline construction through the reform of teaching methods.
