腔内手术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症20例分析

摘要 目的:探讨腔内手术技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中治疗的作用。方法:回顾性分析我院2009—01~2011—12腔内手术治疗20例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的资料。根据患者术前评估及介入术中情况行腔内手术治疗。结果:手术后有2例临床症状同术前比较无明显改善(10%),余18例均有不同程度的改善,其中症状显著改善14例(70%);中度改善例4(20%);轻度改善2例(10%),临床成功率为93.5%。患者初次通畅平均时间为240d,累积通畅率为(56±12)%。结论:腔内手术对于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是一种有效的治疗手段,能最大程度的挽救肢体。 Objective: To detect the effect of endovascular repair therapy on lower limb arteriosclerosis obliternas. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 20 cases of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliternas from January 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital. The patients receive endovascular repair therapy according to the preop- erative evaluation and intraoperative situation by DSA. Results:Except two cases, the clinical symptom all im- proved in other 18 cases: significant improvement in 14 cases (70%), moderate improvement in 4 cases (20%), and mild improvement in 2 cases(10%). Clinical success rate was 93.5%. The time was 240 days of the first time unobstructed, cumulative patency rate was (56 ± 12) %. Conclusion : Endovascular repair is an ef- fective therapy for the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliternas that could retrieve limbs to a maximum extent.
