摘要
以丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,采用改进的悬浮聚合法合成高吸油树脂。考察了单体配比、引发剂和交联剂用量、AIBN加入量及加入时间对树脂吸油性能的影响。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:单体配比BA∶MMA质量比为4∶1,引发剂BPO用量为单体质量的0.4%,交联剂N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为单体质量的0.15%,发泡剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为单体质量的18%,在此条件下合成的树脂对甲苯的吸油率最高可达40.17 g/g,速率也明显提高。
Using an improved suspension polymerization, a high oil-absorbing resin was synthesized by n-butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA). The ratio of monomers, the amounts of initiator and cross-linking agent, the dose and adding time of AIBN were all evaluated. The results showed that the best reaction condition was as follows:the ratio of BA: MMA was 4: 1, the amount of BPO,N,N'-methyl- ene diacrylamide and AIBN was O. 4% ,0.15% and 18% of all monomers masses respectively. Under this conditions, the oil absorption property of improved resin was up to 40.17 g/g, the oil absorption rate has also improved markedly.
