4,6-二羟基嘧啶的合成研究

Study on the synthesis of 4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine

以丙二酸二乙酯和甲酰胺为原料,在乙醇钠的作用下合成4,6-二羟基嘧啶。当丙二酸二乙酯∶甲酰胺∶乙醇钠=1∶3∶3.5(摩尔比),温度60℃,反应4.0 h,产率可达78.2%。

The synthesis of 4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine from diethyl malonate and formamide using ethanol sodium as catalyst. The experimental results indicated that the optimum condition was as follows：n（ dieth- yl malonate） ： n（formamide） ： n（ sodium ethoxide） = 1： 3：3.5 molar ratio,reaction temperature 60℃ ,re- action time 4.0 h,the yield reached 78.2%.
