摘要
以3,6-二氯哒嗪为原料,与15%NaOH在100℃反应6 h,生成3-氯-6-羟基哒嗪,在碳钯的催化作用下脱氯,生成3-羟基哒嗪,与三溴氧磷在80℃反应25 min,生成3-溴哒嗪,摩尔总收率达61.2%。
3,6-Dichloropyridazine as raw material first reacts with 15% NaOH at 100 ℃ at 6 h to produce 3-chloro-6-hydroxypyridazine which is dechlorinated to produce 3-hydroxypyridazine catalyzed by carbon palladium. The product reacts with POBr3 for 25 min at 80 ℃ to generate 3-bromopyridazine. The mole ra- tio of total yield reaches 61.2%.
