摘要 以一年生扶芳藤(Euonymus fortunei Hand.-Mazz.)扦插苗为材料,以不同浓度NaCl溶液对材料进行处理,观测分析盐分胁迫对扶芳藤幼苗生理效应的影响。研究结果表明,在NaCl溶液处理后,扶芳藤叶片电导率与盐液浓度的大小没有呈现出相关规律;在受到盐胁迫时扶芳藤叶片的SOD活性总体高于对照;POD酶活性总体呈现先降后升的变化趋势;盐胁迫下,扶芳藤叶片内的MDA含量与盐浓度的高低无明显规律。 Cutting seedlings of the annual Euonymus fortunei Hand.-Mazz. were treated with various concentrations of NaCl solution to study the physiological effect under salt stress. The results showed that under the salt stress, the con- ductance rate had no relation with the solution concentration. The SOD activities of Euonymus fortunei Hand. -Mazz. were higher than that of control. The POD activities appeared the trend that descending firstly then ascending. The MDA contents in leaves of Euonymus fortunei Hand. -Mazz. had no regularity with the different concentrations.
