摘要
运用文献资料、图像解析、数理统计等方法对中国优秀女子跳远运动员起跳技术进行运动学研究,结果表明:中国优秀女子跳远运动员的绝对速度远远低于世界优秀运动员的绝对速度;中国优秀女子跳远运动员在起跳中具有较好的弹性,而且起跳瞬间的着地角度、离地瞬间的蹬伸角度都比较理想。但是,中国优秀女子跳远运动员的扇面角度不够理想。中国优秀女子跳远运动员起跳离地瞬间的水平速度与世界优秀运动员存在显著性差异,垂直速度与腾起角度没有显著性差异。而且中国优秀女子跳远运动员的腾起角度与腾起初速度不十分匹配。
Depending on literature material, video analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper conducts a kine- matics research on Chinese outstanding women long jumpers' take - off techniques, with the results showing that: such long jumpers' absolute velocity is lower than that of the world elite ones. Chinese long jumpers indicate better flexibility in their takeoff, and their touchdown angle and pedaling and stretching angle at the takeoff are ideal. However, their sector angle is not so desirable. Their instantaneous horizontal velocity is significantly different from that of the world out- standing ones, with no obvious difference in vertical speed and take - off angle. In addition, their take - off angle does not work well with the initial speed of takeoff.
