我国高等体育教育管理研究展望

Research Prospects of China's Higher P.E Management

高等体育教育管理是高等教育管理的一个分支,目前我国学者对高等体育教育管理的研究很少。为此,分析了我国高等体育教育管理面临的挑战和普通高等教育管理研究的前沿问题,并在此基础上提出开展高等体育教育管理研究的建议:高等教育国际化背景下的比较研究;全球化视野下的高等体育院校办学特色研究;建设体育强国思维下的人才管理研究;现代管理理论下的高等体育教育管理实践研究。

Higher physical education（ P. E. ） management is a branch of the overall higher education. At present, China＇s scholars focus little on the research of higher sports education management. Therefore the paper analyzes the challenges of China＇ s higher P.E. management and the research frontier of general higher education management. The paper accordingly comes up with the suggestions for management research of higher P. E. , i.e. comparative research under the background of globalization of higher education.
