对高等教育大众化的含义、体育院校人才培养模式改革的必然性、体育院校大众化教育人才培养理念、体育院校大众化教育人才培养模式选择以及构建体育院校人才培养新模式的思路等问题展开了论述。

With the transition of elite education to mass education, great changes have taken place in higher educa- tion in terms of the talent training goal, concept and even the training mode. Sport universities will certainly witness the corresponding changes in talent training mode so as to meet the new requirements of society for sports talents. The paper discusses the implication of the popularization of higher education, the necessity for the reform of talent training mode in sports universities and the talent training concept and mode in the popularization of physical education in sports universi- ties.
