云计算对电信运营商信息化的影响及演进策略

The Impact of Cloud Computing on Informatization of Telecom Operators and Corresponding Strategies

针对云计算的重要特点和电信运营商企业信息化系统的发展阶段提出在电信运营商的信息化系统中分阶段引入云计算的思路。首先分析云计算所包含的重要技术,然后结合实际提出我国电信运营商引入云计算的总体思路,并进一步提出各类信息化系统的云计算演进方案。

Based on the features of Cloud Comput-ing and stages of Telecom operators＂ IT systems, the article proposed the methodology to introduce Cloud Computing into Telecom operators＂ large IT assets by stages. The article firstly analyzed the key tech-nologies in Cloud Computing and then put forward a roadmap for China telecom operators to adopt Cloud Computing and furthermore specified the evolution to Cloud Computing of all kinds of systems within teleeom operators.
