摘要 在当今竞技体育界,“竞技就是动作”逐步被大家接受。高水平运动员通过高效的人体动作。在世界大赛中展现其美轮美奂的竞技风采,执行高质量的动作模式和功能动作。其中,人体动作模式的稳定性与灵活性,是运动员创造优异成绩的重要基础。一、人体环节稳定性与灵活性侧重点的交替分布规律仔细观察和体会一下我们的身体环节就会发现,骶骨和腰椎以稳定性为主,胸椎向上至颈椎和寰椎的灵活性逐渐增加;髋和肩关节以灵活性为主;膝和肘关节以稳定性为主;腕和踝关节以灵活性为主;而手指和脚趾以稳定性为主(图1)。 The main objective of functional movement training is to improve the level of stability and mobility in various human movement patterns. In competitive sports, stability and mobility in human movement patterns also underlie elite athletes' high level performances. The significance of functional movement training exists in the purification of human movement patterns, prevention of sports injury, reinforcement of rehabilitation, improvement of athletes' durability and their sport longevity. In the domain of high level competitive sport training of our country, the application of modem movement science and its leading edge methods is being reflected in the increasingly in-depth systematic implementation of functional movement training among our many top level sport teams, with objectives of their creating excellent sport performance.
