With the development of new technologies and transformation of business models, further upgrade on management mechanism must be paid in the operation and maintenance of cable ＇IV network to meet customers＇ need. This paper systematically articulates the main contents of network maintenance, illustrates basic requirements about post responsibility and skills in maintenance, and proposes effective measures to reinforce monitor management, hoping to optimize network maintenance.
