摘要
运用文献法、实证研究和规范研究及专家访谈法进行研究,讨论了信息技术与管理的结合对体育管 理组织结构的影响以及变革的模式和思路。所获主要结论如下:1)信息革命使得我们社会生产的基本形态发 生了根本性的变化,体育企业管理组织结构的改革必须充分认识这一形势;2)现存的我国体育管理组织结构 存在主要问题是层级过多,星金字塔型,开放性差;3)新的体育管理组织结构基本模式应充分运用现代信息 技术手段,实现组织结构的扁平化、分散化、网络化、小型化、虚拟化,重视企业内部文化建设,建立一套外部 适应市场变化,内部适应组织结构运行的管理制度;4)我国体育管理信息化程度低、管理人员观念和素质不 能适应管理信息化迅速发展的形势是我国体育管理组织结构改革面临的基本问题;5)体育管理组织结构变 革的思路应该是:转变观念,提高信息意识和人员素质,培养专业人才;将企业业务流程重组,建立起高效的 管理信息系统。
The research was made by looking up literature, by demonstration and criterion studies and by visiting experts. The influence of the combination of information technique with the management on the organization structure of sports management and the pattern and thinking of the reform were discussed. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The basic production conformation in the Chinese society has changed thoroughly because of the information reform, so that the reform of the organization structure of the sports enterprise management should meet the needs of this situation. 2) There are problems existing in the present organization structure of the Chinese sports management. It is of multi-level, like a pyramid and lack of open economy. 3) In the basic pattern of the new organization structure of sports management the modern technical information measures should fully be applied. The organization structure should be flattened, dispersed, networked, miniaturized and invented. Attention should be paid to the internal cultural construction in the enterprises. A management system should be established to suit the changes of the external markets and the internal organization structure. 4) In China information management has not popularized in sports enterprises. The reform of the organization structure of the Chinese sports management is facing a lot of problems, the basic of which are that the managers' information sense and their level of competency are not suitable to the rapid development situation of info-popularization. 5) The train of thought in reforming the sports management organization structure should be the following. The managers' conception should be changed. Their information sense and competency level should be improved. Qualified personnel in specific fields should be cultivated. The business process of the enterprises should be reconstructed and the management information system of high efficiency should be established.
