临床检验科工作人员长期接触含有乙肝病毒和艾滋病病毒等大量血源性传播疾病的标本,极易造成感染。本研究分析了目前检验科检验人员工作中面临的职业暴露、暴露途径、防护对策以及发生职业暴露后应采取的处理措施。

Clinical laboratory staff frequently expose to large number of clinical samples,which may contain pathogens transmitted through blood,such as hepatitis B,human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）,et al.This paper will analyze the occupational exposure,exposure pathways,protective countermeasures and corresponding treatment measures after occupational exposures for clinical laboratory staff.
