蒙药配合物理疗法治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎97例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 97 Cases of Acute Mastitis Patients in lactation with Mongolian Herbals Combined with Ultra Short Wave and Ultrasonic Wave

目的探讨蒙药结合超短波、超声波治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的效果。方法 97例哺乳期急性乳腺炎病人随机分成对照组(48例)和治疗组(49例):对照组给予口服蒙药,治疗组口服蒙药同时结合超短波、超声波治疗,连续10d。结果联合治疗组,显效39例(占79.59%),有效10例占(20.41%),无效0例(占0%),总有效率100%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒙药结合超短波、超声波治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect about treating acute mastitis in lactation with ultra short wave and ultrasonic wave combining with Mongolian herbals.Methods 97 cases were randomly divided into combined treating group（49 cases） and control group（48 cases）.The patients of combined treating group took Mongolian herbals,then were treated by ultra short wave、ultrasonic wave on the breast of each patient for the purpose of the clinical observation.Ones of control group used just Mongolian herbals.Results Among the 49 cases of the patients in combined treating group,39 cases（79.59%） had been significantly treated,10cases（20.41%0） showed some clinical effects and 0 case（0%） was no clinical effect by the therapy.The total effective rate was 100%.Which were obvious higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of combining ultra short wave and ultrasonic wave with Mongolian herbals orally may promote to solve the key problems of treating acute mastitis in lactation,which show obviously cliniapeutic effect.
