力竭运动对小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:25

Effects of Exhaustive Exercise on Erythrocyte Immune Function in Mice

摘要 观察力竭游泳后及恢复期小鼠RBC-C3bR花环率和RBC-IC花环率的动态变化,发现,运动后即刻,RBC—C3bR花环率与安静时相比呈显著性升高,而RBC—IC花环率呈显著性下降;运动后恢复期二指标均呈逐渐恢复趋势,但至运动后12 h RBC-C3bR花环率仍显著低于安静时水平,运动后3 h RBC—IC花环率显著高于安静水平;至运动后24 h二指标均接近于安静状态。运动后及24h恢复期中,二指标变化呈显著负相关关系。 The dynamic changes of RBC--C3bR and RBC--IC rosette rates in mice were observed after exhaustive swimming and during recovery. It was found that immediately after exercise the rosette rate of RBC--C3bR remarkably increased compared with that at rest, but the rosette rate of RBC--IC decreased remarkably. During recovery after exercise both indexes trended to be resumed gradually. However, until the 12th hour after exercise the rosette rate of RBC--CZbR was still remarkably lower than that at rest. At the 3rd hour after exercise the rosette rate of RBC--IC was remarkably higher than that at rest. Until the 24th hour after exercise both indexes approached to those at rest. There was negative correlation between the changes of the two indexes after exercise and during the recovery of 24 hours.
