摘要 运动生物化学的发展和生物化学一样,从叙述生化到动态生化是一个必然的过程,近20年来,运动生物化学中的物质代谢动力学研究成果日多,标志着动态运动生化的发展、现将糖、脂肪和氨基酸等有关成果做一概括,并说明其意义。 The development of exercise biochemistry is similar to that of biochemistry. It is a necessary course to relate biochemistry from general biochemistry to dynamic biochemistry. In recent 20 years the results of kinelfics study of material metabolism in exercise biochemistry were getting more and more, which indicated the development of dynamic exercise biochemistry. In this article the results concerning studies of carbohydrate, fat and amino acid were summed up, and the significance was explained as well.
