摘要
武术散手项目的发展己明显出现理论滞后于技术的状况，再加上格斗对抗性项目整体的教材及理论 研究与其它项群相比较，其理论研究的数量、质量也相差甚远。通过查阅大量的文献资料和实际的录像统计 工作，从对抗项目的攻防特性入手，将散手的战术行动分成７种主要形式。通过比赛实际统计与观察，分析散 手战术行动运用的特点及产生的效果，揭示其内在的规律性，为竞技散手训练朝着更加有针对性和科学性的 方向发展提供科学的参考依据。
In Sanshou development there obviously appeared the Phenomenon that theory falls behind tech- nique. Besides, as a sort of battling oppositional events, its teaching materials and the quantity and quality of its theoretical study were backward, compared with other groups of event. By looking up a large amount of literatures and by video statistics, starting with the attack and defense characteristics, the tactical actions in Sanshou were divided into 7 forms. By Practical statistics of competitions and by observation the characteristics of the application of tactical actions in Sanshou and their effects were analyzed. Their internal rules were revealed so that the competitive Sanshou training could be developed Pertinently and scientifically and its scientific basis would be Provided for reference.
