人血浆抗凝血蛋白的研究进展(上)

Progress in Studies of Human Plasma Anticoagulation Protein(I)

就近年来人血浆中抗凝血蛋白，包括人血浆 Ｃ蛋白（Ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ Ｃ）、血栓调节蛋白（Ｔｈｒｏｍｂｏｍｏｄｕｌｉｎ，ＴＭ）、人血浆Ｓ蛋白（Ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ，Ｓ）和抗凝血酶Ⅲ（ＡＴⅢ）的研究进展作了综述介绍，并对这些蛋白的结构、理化性质、分离检测、生物学特性及其临床意义进行了重点讨论。

Research developments in protein C, thrombomodulin, protein S and antithrombin Ⅲ of human plasma in recent years has been described in the article. The structures, physico - chemical properties, biological characteristics, their preparation and control,as well as their clinical significance of the proteins mentioned above have also been emphatically discussed.
