摘要
研究了以FX 5 92 0A等为加工助剂的LLDPE/CB、PVDF/CBPTC导电复合材料的挤出加工性能 ,考察了加工助剂类型、加入方式及添加量对加工特性的影响 ,并进行了成缆试验。结果表明 ,FX 5 92 0A的加入可以显著降低挤出扭矩 ,提高生产效率 ,从而解决了加工困难的问题 ,也解决了电缆挤出中产生的熔体破裂现象 ,消除了产品外观产生的鲨鱼皮 。
The processing performance of PVDF/CB and LLDPE/CB composites was studied using FX 5920A, ZnSt, LK and HK as processing additives. The effect of the kinds and contents of these additives, and the addition methods on processing performance were investigated, and the cable extrusion test was carried out. The results show that the extrusion torque could be markablly deduced by adding FX 5920A, thus settling the processing problem and also eliminating the phenomena of melt fracture and sharkskin, finally meeting the demands for the processing quality of PTC conducting materials.
