摘要
本文介绍了一种新的螺杆表面处理方法化学镀Ni P合金(又称化学镀镍)。化学镀Ni P合金层具有优良的耐磨耐蚀性,与表面电镀铬,气体氮化,堆焊或热喷涂双金属层相比,螺杆表面化学镀镍工艺简单,操作方便,生产效率高,成本低,性能好等优点。
A new screw surface treatmentelectroless depositing Ni P alloy has been introduced in this paper.The electroless depositing Ni P alloy coating shows good wear and corrosion resistance.Comparing with chromium plating,nitride hardening,surface welding and spray metal coating,the elecroless depositing Ni P alloy coating has many advantages such as simple process,easy to operate,efficient,low cost and good properties,so the electroless depositing Ni\|P alloy coating is a good method for screw.
