摘要
利用文献资料法、专家访谈法、历史法等研究方法,对中国的牛文化以及掼牛文化的历史起源做进一步考证,从文化学视角对嘉兴掼牛进行深入剖析,从而为嘉兴掼牛运动的进一步发展提供思路和借鉴。
The thesis proves the culture of cattle and the historical origin of Jiaxing Guanniu by using the methods of Literature review,expert interview and historical method.analyzes the culture of Jiaxing Guanniu in the angle of science of cultural.to provide mentalities and mirrors to promote the further development of Jiaxing Guanniu.
