The Theoretical Thinking on the Postgraduate Training Mechanisms Reform in Sports College

通过对体育学研究生培养机制改革内涵的认识,指出当前我国体育学研究生培养机制改革应重点关注研究生缴费及资助政策、导师招生数量的分配和导师选拔研究生的自主权等三个方面,新型体育学研究生培养机制改革的路径要强调以科研为主导的导师负责制,进一步完善研究生培养经费问题,探索新型的培养模式,推进研究生教育的国际化。

Through understanding the connotation of the postgraduate training mechanisms reform in sports college,we have pointed out that the current postgraduate training mechanisms reform should focus on graduate pay policies and the financial support reform,the distribution of the number of admissions and the right of the mentors to select graduate students.The postgraduate training mechanisms reform in sports college should emphasize the path to scientific research-oriented system for instructors,further improve the financial support to the postgraduate,and explore a new type of training model,and promote the internationalization of graduate education.
