摘要
目前我国教师资格准入是国家立法(《教师法》)的形式确立的,这项规定对学历水平有明确规定,对专业技能和理论水平则缺少衡量的标准。文章的思考点在于如何提升教师资格准入人群的职业综合能力,使其更能胜任该职业的发展。
Qualified teachers,access to China’s current national legislation("Teachers Act") established the form,this provision clearly defined levels of education,professional skills and theoretical level there is no yardstick,this point is to think how to improve teacher access to vocational qualifications comprehensive capacity crowd to make it more qualified for the profession.
