目前我国教师资格准入是国家立法(《教师法》)的形式确立的,这项规定对学历水平有明确规定,对专业技能和理论水平则缺少衡量的标准。文章的思考点在于如何提升教师资格准入人群的职业综合能力,使其更能胜任该职业的发展。
