浅议小城镇统筹城乡发展规划编制——以盐城市盐都区郭猛镇为例

Discussion on the Planning Establishment of Small Towns to Balance Urban and Rural Development——Taking Guomeng Town of Yandu District in Yancheng City as an Example

目前,我国城市与乡村的社会经济发展存在严重的二元结构,致使城乡差距越来越大,并直接影响了我国城乡经济的共同发展,如何通过规划的手段缩小两者之间的差别,进而实现城乡一体化,是当前研究的热点。文章简要阐明了统筹城乡发展的要意,重点通过实践实例探讨了统筹城乡发展规划的编制方法和重点解决的问题。

At present, the social economy development of city and countryside in our country has a very seri- ous dualistic structure. This makes urban and rural difference larger and larger and it directly affects urban and rural economic development in China. How to reduce the difference between them through planning means and then achieve urban and rural integration, this is a hotspot in current research. This article briefly illus- trates the meaning to balance urban and rural development, and discusses the establishing methods to balance urban and rural development and the key solving problems through practical examples.
