摘要
从黄参的植物学特性、栽培和分布、加工现状、营养成分、化学成分、黄参多糖提取和初步的药理活性研究、储存、皂苷和精油等方面综述了黄参的研究发展现状,并提出了黄参开发的方向。
This paper reviews the research and development present situation of Sphallerocarpus racills from the botany characteristics of Sphallerocarpus racills, cultivation and distribution, processing status, nutrition, chemical composition, polysaccharides extract and preliminary pharmacology activity research, storage, saponins, essential oils and so on, and proposes future research directions.
