随着物质与精神生活水平的提高,更多的人们希望通过体育来改善自身的身体素质,提高健康水平,丰富随社会发展而增加的余暇时间。虽然地方经济发展水平有所提高,观念有所转变,但社会提供的条件却十分有限。通过分析地方经济及社区体育的发展现状,提出解决问题的办法,为社区体育的进一步发展和壮大提供可行性依据。

In recent years, the economy in Harbin city has greatly progressed. People＇ s concept and understanding sports have also changed tremendously. With the improvement of spiritual life and living standard, more and more people want to participate in some sports and social activities to improve their quality of life and health conditions. Although economic standard has improved and the concept has changed, the support from our society is very limited. Through analysis of the local economy and the present development of community sports, put forward the solutions to the problem, to provide a feasible basis for the community＇ s further development and expanding.
