河南省比较优势问题研究

Analysis of Comparative Advantages in Henan Province

比较优势理论是国际自由贸易理论的基石,实际上是区域发展理论在国际层面的推广,也可以应用在区域层面上。文章在比较优势理论指导下,分析发现河南省在劳动力、土地等资源方面、动植物等农产品产业方面、消费市场方面具有比较优势,资源禀赋的外生型比较优势比较突出,具备发展资源密集型产业的优势。但是有些产业竞争优势不明显,比较优势内源性发展动力较弱。为此,可以通过从提高产业生产技术水平、扩大河南省内需、完善各项基础设施和建立健全各项制度法规、加大对关键产业财政支出等方面着手促进河南比较优势的发挥和转化。

The theory of comparative advantage is the cornerstone of international free trade theory.Actually,it is the promotion of regional development theory in international level or regional level.Analysis under the guidance of comparative advantage theory shows that Henan Province has comparative advantages in labor and land resources,agricultural produce industry and consumer markets.It has the ability to develop resource-intensive industry because of its prominent natural endowments of resources.However,its competitive advantage of some industries is not obvious and its endogenous development power is weak.Therefore,some measures can be taken to promote full play and transformation of its comparative advantages,such as upgrading industrial production technology,expanding its domestic demand,improving its infrastructure and establishing and amplifying various systems and regulations,and increasing financial expenditure in the key industries.
