基于职业适合性的职业规划服务观

Concept of Career Planning Service Based on the Fitness of Career

我国高校职业规划服务尚处于起步阶段。在深刻认识大学生职业规划服务内涵的基础上,借鉴国外高校大学生职业规划服务的成功经验,充分考虑大学生的个性特征和职业适合性,应用职业规划服务相关理论,提出符合我国高校大学生实际的职业规划服务观,对高校教师开阔职业规划服务思路具有重要意义。

Career planning service in China is still in its initial stage.On the basis of a profound understanding of the connotations of college students’ career planning service and learning some successful experiences from foreign universities,this paper proposes to consider college students’ personality and career fitness fully and apply related theory of career planning service to establish concept of career planning service in accordance with college students’ actual situation in China,which is of great significance for college teachers to broaden their career planning service thoughts.
