超声局部弹性比率值法在鉴别乳腺实性病灶良恶性上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨局部弹性比率值(LSR)在乳腺实性病灶定性诊断中的应用价值。方法对行乳腺超声检查并经手术病理确诊的57例乳腺实性占位性病变患者共65个乳腺实性病灶(良性病灶48个,恶性病灶17个)行组织多普勒应变显像技术检查(TDSI)。在乳腺正常脂肪组织内及乳腺良、恶性病灶内分别建立面积1 cm2的圆形感兴趣区(ROI),仪器自动生成LSR。结果乳腺良性病灶LSR为(2.30±1.99)%,恶性病灶LSR为(13.66±2.40)%,恶性病灶的LSR大于良性病灶(t=2.95,P<0.05)。结论超声可作为诊断乳腺实性病灶的一种简单快速的影像学检查方法,LSR通过评估乳腺病灶硬度为乳腺良恶性病灶的鉴别诊断增加了新信息。 Objective To investigate the value of localized strain ratio (LSR) of ultrasonic elastography in the assessment of breast solid lesions. Methods Tissue Doppler and Strain Imaging (TDSI) was used to examine 57 cases of patients with 65 breast solid lesions (48 benign lesions and 17 malignant lesions). The pathological confirmation was performed after surgical resection. As a size of 1 cm2 region of interest (ROI) was located in the subcutaneous adipose tissue or target lesion,the corresponding measurement of LSR was achieved. Results The LSR of breast malignant lesions was significantly greater than that of breast benign lesions, at 13.66 ± 2.40 % and 2.30 ± 1.99 % , respectively (t = 2. 95, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion LSR of ultrasonic elastography can provide quantitative elasticity measurement,which may improve the characterization of breast solid lesions.
