摘要
研究了贝氏体等温工艺对高硅马氏体型热作模具钢SDH3组织和性能的影响。选择的热处理工艺为固溶+贝氏体等温+回火,结果表明:贝氏体等温处理后SDH3钢的组织为贝氏体+马氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物,且经320℃贝氏体等温处理试样的强韧性要比380℃等温处理的好。
The influence of the bainite isothermal process on microstructure and performance of high silicon martensitic hot working die steel was studied. The heat treatment process for the SDH3 steel was solid solution + bainite isothermal + tempering. Then the microstructure and performance of SDH3 steel under different bainite isothermal processes were discussed. It was showed that the microstructure of SDH3 steel after bainite isothermal processing was composed of bainite, martensite, austenite and carbides, and the property of the sample by isothermal processing at 320℃ was much better than that at 380 ℃.
