摘要
以D,L-丙交酯和乙交酯为单体,异辛酸亚锡(SnOct2)为催化剂,三季戊四醇为多功能基引发剂,采用本体熔融聚合法合成了分子量可控的八臂星形聚合物———聚乙丙交酯(8-PLGA),其结构和性能经13C NMR,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征。结果表明,8-PLGA的结构及分子量与设计值基本吻合,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随分子量的增加而升高。
The eight-arm star-shaped copolymer,poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(8-PLGA),was synthesized via the ring-opening melting polymerization of D,L-lactide and glycolide using tripentaerythritol as the multifuctional initiator and stannous 2-ethyl hexanoate(SnOct2) as the catalyst.The chain compositions of 8-PLGA was characterized by 13C NMR.Thermal properties,molecular weight and polydispersity index were determined by DSC and GPC.The results showed that the structure and molecular weight of 8-PLGA were basically in accord with the pre-design,and Tg increased as the molecular weight increasing.
