摘要 介绍了电弧炉炼钢石墨电极的定义以及性能特点,对其在电弧炉炼钢过程中的消耗机理和类型进行了分析,并对比了几种计算石墨电极消耗量的方法。基于石墨电极节能降耗与成本控制的目标,归纳总结了国内外对电极降耗较为有效地相关工艺研究以及超高功率电弧炉炼钢工艺,提出要以探究石墨电极消耗机理为其降低消耗的理论依据,使电炉炼钢生产向集约化方向发展。 This article introduces the definition and excellent characteristics of graphite electrodes for EAF, analyzes their consuming mechanisms and types in the process of EAF steelmaking and compares several methods for calculating con- sumption of graphite electrodes. Based on the energy saving and cost control of graphite electrodes,it generalizes several ef- fective technologies and UHP - EAF steehnaking processes for influencing the aim effectively and put forwards that the study should focus on the consuming mechanism of graphite electrodes as theoretical basis to control the cost of graphite electrodes and make EAF steelmaking develop intensively.
