术后5-FU局部湿敷治疗鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

目的观察术后5-FU局部湿敷治疗鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤（NIP）的近期临床效果，探讨提高NIP治愈率的治疗措施。方法选择同期在鼻内镜下治疗NIP患者70例，根据患者自愿的原则，将以上患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者术后施行常规创面处理，观察组患者术后给予5-FU棉条湿敷，比较两组患者术后1周的不良反应，并随访比较两组患者治疗6个月和10个月的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗1周后不良反应例数比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），且均为一过性。两组患者治疗6个月和10个月的治愈病例比较，观察组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鼻内镜下治疗NIP后加行5-FU棉条局部湿敷治疗，可显著提高患者临床治愈率，减少术后复发，且安全可靠，值得广泛推广施行。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of postoperative local wet dressing 5-FU in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma and research the therapeutic measures to improve the cure rate of nasal inverted papilloma. Method 70 NIP patients patients were enrolled, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, then comparing the postoperative adverse reactions after one week, the postoperative clinical effect after six and ten months. Result There was no significance （ P〉0.05 ） in the postoperative adverse reactions after one week, the patients with adverse reactions didn＇t need to take care of; there was a statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） in the postoperative clinical effect after six and ten months, the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion During treating the NIP patients, we should take postoperative local wet dressing 5-FU in them, it could significantly improve the cure rates, reduce the postoperative recurrence.It should be widely implemented.
