尿微量清蛋白免疫透射比浊法的建立及性能评价 被引量：1

摘要 尿微量白蛋白（UMALB）出现初期（20～100mg／L）是诊断早期或轻微肾脏损伤的敏感指标，糖尿病、高血压、肥胖、吸烟、胰岛素抵抗等多种危险因素均可引起UMALB的增加。
