摘要
为了对航空发动机轴承腔进行性能分析,研究了一种全新的、高效的发动机轴承腔热分析软件。软件以热网络算法为基础,将发动机轴承腔分解成由相应的典型元件和节点组成的热网络,采用温度节点和传热元件组成的网络来描述轴承腔。介绍了基于面向对象程序设计语言Delphi技术的发动机轴承腔热分析软件的设计与开发技术。软件前台采用图形建模方式生成计算网络,后台采用了网络自动识别技术,方便了复杂网络的建立,并结合Delphi,建立了一个以桌面数据库为支撑的可视化应用系统体系。
For analyzing aeroengine bearing Compartment, a new thermal analysis software is presented. The software adopts thermal network algorithm, which could simulate all kinds of bearing Compartment by dividing the system into finite correlative elements of heat transfer and nodes of temperature to analyze the network. In this article, thermal analysis software of aeroengine Bearing Compartment design and develop- ment is introducede based on object- oriented programming language Delphi Technology. the graphic mod- eling and automatic identification technique make the complex calculation network easy to be generated, and the software sets up a visual vapplication system which is supported by the data server using the Del- phi.
