介绍乙烯和氯气直接氯化生产二氯乙烷的生产工艺以及直接氯化法的工艺原理。通过试车得出结论 :直接氯化适宜温度为 110~ 115℃ ,催化剂FeCl3的质量分数为 (8~ 15)×10 - 4,NaCl为 (5~ 8)× 10 -
The process and mechanism of producing dichloroethane by direct chlorination of ethylene and chlorine gas are introduced.Trial run results show that suitable temperature is 110~115 ℃,weight percentage of catalyst FeCl 3 is (8~15)×10 -4 ,and weight percentage of NaCl is (5~8)×10 -5 for direct chlorination.
