新疆居民对援疆工作满意度调查——基于裕民县的调查资料

A Survey of Xinjiang Residents' Satisfaction Degree to Pairing Assistance——Based on Data in Yumin County

本文运用交叉分析和因子分析方法对新疆裕民县农村和城镇居民对于援疆政策的满意程度进行分析,结果显示:农村居民对安居工程、水利设施、医疗、教育方面的改善满意度较高;城市居民对交通出行条件、社会保障、就业、城镇基础设施改善等方面满意度较高;少数民族居民对援疆效果的满意度较低;低学历者对援疆效果的满意度较低。但无论是农村居民还是城市居民,最关心的问题仍是收入问题。

This paper use methods of cross analysis and factor analysis to analyze the satisfaction degree to pairing assistance policy of both rural and urban residents in Yumin county in Xinjiang, and the results show that： the rural residents＇ satisfaction to the housing project, water conservancy facilities, medical treatment and education is higher; urban residents＇ satisfaction to transportation, social security, employment and urban infrastructure improvement is higher; satisfaction to the effect of pairing assistance of ethnic minority residents, those with low educational level, farmers and agricultural workers. However, the top concern of both rural residents and urban residents is income.
