继往开来,迎接汉语国际教育的新阶段 被引量:24

摘要 我国的汉语国际教育已经进入了第二个历史阶段。在第一个历史阶段中,对外汉语教学顺利转型为汉语国际教育。国内一共有200多所大学参与创办孔子学院,全球一共建立了358所孔子学院和503个孔子课堂,已成为国际化的文化交流平台。北京师范大学汉语文化学院在第一阶段作出了很大的贡献。2011年的孔子大会标志着进入第二历史阶段,这是国际形势的需要、中国的需要、当今不同文化之间交流的需要。我们要在汉语国际教育中进行全面的文化交流,通过文化交流沟通彼此的心灵。这需要在三方面做好准备:一是培养人才,尤其是职业化的中方院长,使之成为民间的文化交流大使;二是转变观念,要正确地、全面地认清形势,明确责任,调整个人的知识结构和人才结构,使人员整体成为中国走向世界、中华文化走向世界、中国语言走向世界的中流砥柱和骨干;三是要有措施,要落实。在具体措施方面,需要各方支持,培养人才,综合利用,争取外援。 China's international Chinese education has entered the second stage. In the first stage, teaching Chinese as a foreign language has been successfully transformed into international Chinese education. During that process, over 200 universities in China participated and set up Confucian Colleges and 358 Confucian Colleges have been set up and 503 Confucian courses have been issued. That has become a culture exchange interface for the internationalization. Along that current, the School of Chinese Culture at BNU has made a great contribution. 2011 saw the entrance into the second historic stage, which is the demands of the international situations, of China, and of the exchanges between different cultures. We need to carry out the cultural exchanges in all respects via. international Chinese education so as to associate our minds. And that requires preparations in three respects: talent cultivation, idea renewal, and practical measures, all of which asks for the supports from the relevant universities.
