DR对于肺部小结节的检测ROL分析研究

The ROL analysis of DR for the detection of small pulmonary nodules

目的探讨DR对于肺部小结节的诊断效果与不同医师的检测ROC曲线分析情况。方法选择拟诊断为肺部小结节的患者150例,采用直接数字化X线摄影(DR)进行诊断。结果 DR诊断肺部小结节的敏感性与特异性分别为96.2%和100.0%。高年资医师使用DR与的Az值增幅0.770高于低年资医师使用DR与的Az值增幅0.652(P<0.05)。结论肺部小结节的影像学诊断是一个综合性的评价过程,DR影像学手段有很好的诊断效果,同时由于高年资医师经验丰富,对影像信息的判别能力强,有很好的ROC曲线分析效果。

Objective To explore the effects of DR for the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules and the ROL curve analysis situ- ation by the different doctors. Methods Selected proposed diagnosis for patients with small pulmonary nodules （n = 150）, used direct digital X-ray radiography （DR） for diagnosis, and selected two high qualification （/〉 10 years） and two low seniority （work experience ~〈 4 years） radiologists to determine the results. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules in the DR were 96. 2% and 100. 0%. The Az value by the experienced radiologists using the DR were higher than that by less experienced radiolo- gists using the DR （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the increase in the Az value were 0. 770 and 0. 652 respectively. Conclusion Imaging diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules is a comprehensive evaluation process, and the DR has better imaging diagnosis with experienced radiologists hav- ing experienced discrimination of image information, and there is good ROC curve analysis results.
